Reception

Entrance to the Reception Hall:

The time between the ceremony and the reception will be an excellent time to check into the hotel or find a local watering hole. For those staying at The Confluence Hotel, a shuttle will be leaving at 3:45pm to provide guests with a safe journey to and from the reception at the Wexford.

Reception at the Wexford begins at 4pm. with hosted appetizers, beverages, and cocktails. After taking photos, the wedding party will arrive to join the festivities!

Dinner will begin at 5:30pm.

Salad Course:

• House Salad:

  • Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Parmesan Cheese and Croutons

  • Dressings available are Italian, Ranch, and French

• Bread and Herb Butter

Main Course Options:

• Minnesota Stuffed Chicken

  • Baked chicken breast stuffed with wild rice, green onions, and stuffing. Topped with mushrooms and a light cream sauce.

  • Roasted vegetables in oregano

  • Garlic mashed potatoes

• Roasted Braised Beef

  • Slow roasted beef served with gravy

  • Green beans and almonds

  • Garlic mashed potatoes

• Pasta

  • 5 cheese tortellini with sausage, roasted garlic, and spinach. Served with a marinara and garlic cream sauce.

  • Available without sausage for a vegetarian option.

• Kids Meal

  • Chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, fruit cup and chips.

Desserts and Late Night Snacks:

• After cake is served, a dessert bar will have cookies and macarons available throughout the evening.

• To keep the celebration well fueled, late night pizzas will be served.

After cake is completed, the band, Riverside Hitmen, will begin at 7pm. Transportation will be going to and from the hotel in regularly scheduled intervals. We sincerely hope you take the time to enjoy the evening with friends and family. Reception will end at 11pm.
